Welcome to Mars SMM. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By placing an order or accessing our services, you automatically accept all terms listed below. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
By placing an order with Mars SMM, you automatically accept all the below listed terms of service whether you read them or not. We reserve the right to change these terms of service without notice. You are expected to read all terms of service before placing any order to ensure you are up to date with any changes or any future changes. You will only use Mars SMM in a manner which follows all agreements made with Instagram/Facebook/Twitter/YouTube/TikTok/Other social media sites on their individual Terms of Service pages.
Mars SMM provides social media marketing services including followers, likes, views, comments, and engagement across various platforms. Mars SMM rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The payment/refund policy stays in effect in the case of rate changes. Mars SMM does not guarantee a delivery time or a drop rate for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation and Mars SMM will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long.
Mars SMM will only be used to promote your social media accounts and help boost your "Appearance" only. We DO NOT guarantee your new followers will interact with you, we simply guarantee you to get the followers you pay for. We DO NOT guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts. All orders without a refill period are not refillable even if they face a 100% drop, please order services with refill.
IMPORTANT: Mars SMM is in no way liable for any account suspension, deletion, or ban done by Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, or any other social media platform. By using our services, you acknowledge that social media platforms may take action against accounts that use third-party services. You use our services at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer as a result of using our services.
You will not upload anything into Mars SMM including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the social media community. Private accounts will not get a refund! Please ensure that your account is public before ordering. Please do not use more than one service provider at the same time for the same account. We cannot give you correct followers/likes numbers in that case and will not refund for these orders.
No refunds will be made to your payment method. After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it. You must use your balance on orders from Mars SMM. You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason. If you file a dispute or chargeback against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders, ban you from our site, and take away any services delivered to your accounts.
Orders placed in Mars SMM will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed. You will receive a refund credit to your Mars SMM account if the order is non-deliverable. Misplaced or private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it. Mars SMM tries hard to deliver exactly what is expected. We reserve the right to change a service type if we deem it necessary to complete an order.
Any malicious or abusive actions can cause your account with us to be suspended. Before suspension, users will get time to use their remaining balance. Opening a new account after suspension will cause your account to be terminated even if it has balance in it. Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to immediate termination of your account. There are no exceptions.
All content, trademarks, and data on this website, including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, icons, and hyperlinks, are the property of Mars SMM and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information received will only be used to fulfill your orders. We will not sell or redistribute your personal information to anyone. All personal information is encrypted and saved in secure servers. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Mars SMM provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of our services. Mars SMM shall not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from using our services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.
